摘　　要：目的编制肿瘤相关科室护士输液港应用知信行量表,并检验其信效度。方法参考我国《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》、2021版美国静脉输液护理学会《输液治疗实践标准》相关文件及国内外相关指南、标准及文献,通过回顾性文献分析、课题小组讨论、专家函询、预调查、条目筛选,形成肿瘤相关科室护士输液港应用知信行量表,采用目的抽样法,于2022年12月至2023年1月对河南省5家三甲医院的360名肿瘤相关科室护士进行调查,检测量表信效度。结果形成的肿瘤相关科室护士输液港应用知信行量表包含3个部分,知识部分包含5个维度(基本知识、评估、穿刺及维护、静脉输液并发症及其处理、健康教育),态度部分包含2个维度(对输液港维护与使用的态度、对输液港培训与管理的态度),行为部分包含3个维度(输液港维护及使用操作行为、健康教育行为及管理行为),共51个条目,累计方差贡献率为40.097%。量表总的内容效度为0.98,各条目的内容效度为0.80~1.00。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.915,重测信度为0.898,分半信度为0.674。结论通过德尔菲函询构建的肿瘤相关科室护士输液港应用知信行量表具有良好的信效度,可用于对肿瘤相关科室护士输液港应用知信行水平的评定。Objective To develop knowledge,attitude and practice scale for nurses in tumor related departments at the venous port access and to test its reliability and validity.Methods By referring to“Standard Practice for Intravenous Nursing”,the 2021 edition of the American Society of Intravenous Transfusion Nursing“Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice”related documents and the relevant guidelines,standards and literatures at home and abroad,the scale of knowledge,attitude and practice in the application of venous port access for nurses in tumor-related departments was formed through retrospective literature analysis,subject group discussion,expert correspondence,pre-investigation and item screening.Objective sampling method was used to investigate 360 nurses from tumor-related departments in 5 first-class hospitals in Henan Province from December 2022 to January 2023 to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The KAP scale for nurses in tumor related departments at the venous port access included three dimensions,five dimensions for knowledge(basic knowledge,evaluation,puncture and maintenance,intravenous infusion complications and their treatment and health education),two dimensions for attitude(attitude towards the maintenance and use of infusion ports,and attitude towards the training and management of infusion ports),three dimensions for behavior section(maintenance and use behavior of infusion ports,health education behavior,and management behavior),with a total of 51 items,and a cumulative variance contribution rate of 40.097%.The scale content validity index was 0.98.The item level content validity index were from 0.80 to 1.00.The total Cronbach’sαcoefficient of questionnaire was 0.915.The retest reliability was 0.898.The split-half reliability was 0.674.Conclusion The knowledge,attitude and practice scale for nurses in tumor related departments at the venous port access constructed through Delphi correspondence,has good reliability and validity,and can be used to assess the level of kn
