摘　　要：目的探讨解毒化瘀丸治疗非缺血性糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将于2020年10月至2022年9月在安阳市脉管炎医院接受治疗的60例非缺血性糖尿病足溃疡患者分为A组和B组,各30例。A组接受常规治疗,B组在A组的基础上加用解毒化瘀丸。两组均持续治疗8周。比较两组治疗8周后的临床疗效,创面愈合情况及截肢率,治疗前、治疗4、8周后的疼痛评分,治疗前、治疗8周后的实验室指标,治疗期间的不良反应。结果与A组比较,B组治疗8周后的总有效率较高(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗8周后,两组溃疡面积均缩小,且B组小于A组;B组肉芽组织形成时间、创面愈合时间均短于A组(P<0.05)。B组和A组截肢率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于治疗前、治疗4周后,治疗4周后低于治疗前,且治疗4、8周后,与A组比较,B组较低(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗8周后,两组外周血白细胞(WBC)、血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CPR)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)水平均降低,且与A组比较,B组较低;血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均升高,且与A组比较,B组较高(P<0.05)。B组和A组治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非缺血性糖尿病足溃疡患者经解毒化瘀丸治疗有助于促进创面愈合,抑制患者炎症反应,使患者疼痛程度得以减轻,改善患者血清IGF-1、VEGF水平,进而提高临床疗效,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiedu Huayu pill on non ischemic diabetes foot ulcer.Methods A total of 60 patients with non ischemic diabetic foot ulcer admitted to Anyang Vasculitis Hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were divided into the group A and the group B by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The group A received routine treatment,and the group B received Jiedu Huayu pill on the basis of the group A.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy 8 weeks after treatment,wound healing and rate of amputation,the score of pain before treatment,4 and 8 weeks after treatment,laboratory indexes before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the group A,the total effective rate of the group B after 8 weeks of treatment was higher(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment,the ulcer area of the two groups decreased,and the group B was smaller than the group A.The times of granulation tissue formation and wound healing of the group B were shorter than those of the group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amputation rate between the group B and the group A(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue score(VAS)of both groups was lower than before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,and after 4 weeks of treatment was lower than before treatment,and after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,compared with the group A,the group B was lower(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of peripheral blood leukocytes(WBC),serum procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CPR),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(INF-γ),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)of the two groups decreased,and compared with the group A,the group B was lower(P<0.05).The levels of serum insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)increased,and compared with the group A,the group B w
