克立硼罗软膏治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床效果及对IL-4、IL-31的影响

摘　　要：目的观察克立硼罗软膏对儿童特应性皮炎的临床治疗效果以及对白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-31水平的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2021年3月在郑州大学第二附属医院就诊的86名特应性皮炎患儿为观察对象,采用随机数表法将其分为试验组(43例)和对照组(43例)。对照组每日口服盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,试验组每日口服盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗的同时外用克立硼罗软膏早晚各1次,均连续治疗3周。对比分析两组患儿的治疗效果、特应性皮炎评分系统(SCORAD)评分以及IL-4、IL-31因子的水平。结果试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组SCORAD评分、IL-4、IL-31水平较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克立硼罗软膏联可提高儿童特应性皮炎治疗效果,降低IL-4、IL-31水平,且未发现患儿出现明显的不良反应,值得在临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of cliborrol ointment on children with atopic dermatitis and the effect on interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-31 levels.Methods Eighty-six children with atopic dermatitis who were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to March 2021 were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into experimental group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with oral cetirizine hydrochloride drops daily,and the experimental group was treated with oral cetirizine hydrochloride drops at the same time with topical cliborrol ointment once in the morning and evening,the treatment lasted for 3 weeks.The treatment effect,SCORing atopic dermatitis(SCORAD)score and the levels of IL-4 and IL-31 factors of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SCORAD score,IL-4 and IL-31 levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cliborrol ointment combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the levels of IL-4 and IL-31,and no obvious adverse reactions have been found in children,which is worthy of clinical application.
