摘　　要：目的探讨同质化管理模式对胃癌输液港患者导管相关血流感染的效果。方法将河南省人民医院2020年2月至2022年2月收治的75例胃癌留置输液港患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(38例)接受常规护理干预,观察组(37例)接受同质化管理模式干预,观察比较两组健康教育内容掌握情况、护理质量、护理满意度及导管相关血流感染发生情况。结果观察组健康教育内容掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组导管相关血流感染发生率(2.70%)较对照组(18.42%)低(P<0.05)。结论同质化管理模式用于胃癌留置输液港患者中,可以有效提高患者的健康教育内容掌握情况、护理质量及护理满意度,降低导管相关血流感染发生风险。Objective To explore the effect of homogeneous management on catheter related bloodstream infection in gastric cancer patients with port catheter implantation.Methods Seventy-five gastric cancer patients with port catheter implantation in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were enrolled and randomly assigned into two groups.Control group(38 cases)received conventional nursing intervention,while observation group(37 cases)received homogeneous management.Then the two groups were observed and compared in terms of health education content mastery,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and the catheter related bloodstream infection occurrence rate.Results Observation group demonstrated better health education content mastery than control group(P<0.05).Observation group scored higher on nursing quality and nursing satisfaction than control group(P<0.05).The catheter related bloodstream infection occurrence rate was 2.70%in observation group,which was lower than 18.42%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of homogeneous management in gastric cancer patients with port catheter implantation can effectively improve the mastery of related knowledge,nursing quality and satisfaction,and reduce the risk of catheter related bloodstream infection in patients.
