活血定痛液配合超声引导隐神经脉冲射频治疗膝骨性关节炎疼痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血定痛液配合超声引导隐神经脉冲射频治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年8月至2022年10月收治的80例KOA患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组26例、脉冲射频组27例及联合组27例。对照组采取玻璃酸钠治疗,脉冲射频组在超声引导下对隐神经行脉冲射频治疗,联合组在脉冲射频治疗基础上口服活血定痛液治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎(WOMAC)指数评估三组治疗前、治疗后1周、3周、6个月的疼痛程度,并进行比较。结果:治疗后1周、3周、6个月,三组的VAS评分、WOMAC指数较治疗前低,且随着时间延长呈降低趋势。联合组VAS评分、WOMAC指数均较对照组、脉冲射频组低,脉冲射频组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:活血定痛液配合超声引导隐神经脉冲射频治疗KOA可缓解患者疼痛程度,改善患者膝关节功能。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huoxuedingtong liquid combined with ultrasound-guided saphenous nerve pulse radiofrequency in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)pain.Methods:Eighty patients with KOA admitted to and treated in the hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into a control group with 26 cases,and a pulse radiofrequency group with 27 cases and a combination group with 27 cases according to random number table method.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,the pulse radiofrequency group was treated with pulse radiofrequency therapy on the saphenous nerve under the guidance of ultrasound,and the combination group was treated with oral Huoxuedingtong liquid on the basis of pulse radio frequency therapy.The pain levels of the three groups before treatment,1 week,3 weeks,and 6 months after treatment with visual analog scale(VAS),western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis(WOMAC)indexes were evaluated and compared.Results:At 1 week,3 weeks and 6 months after treatment,VAS score and WOMAC index of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and showed a decreasing trend with the extension of time.VAS score and WOMAC index in the combination group were lower than those in the control group and pulse radiofrequency group,and the pulse radiofrequency group was lower than that the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxuedingtong liquid combined with ultrasound-guided saphenous nerve pulse radiofrequency therapy for KOA can relieve pain and improve knee function of the patients.
