摘 要:目的:就技术人员在岗培训进行研究,建立分析模型和指导量值,为检验检测机构信息化建设打基础。方法:通过自建培训数据管理系统抓取某大型检验检测机构中的242名在职人员2016年~2021年间参加过的所有培训学时数,按法规标准类、检测技术类、设备操作类、实验室管理类、对外交流类5个维度的培训内容进行统计分析。结果:重点分析检验检测技术人员,高级工程师[人均(59.5±19.3)h/年]、工程师[人均(56.1±15.1)h/年]、助理工程师[人均(64.8±22.0)h/年]和未定级[人均(46.4±7.7)h/年]的技术人员呈现不同的参训行为特点。按5年为一个周期设定培训指导学时量值,高级工程师、工程师、助理工程师和未定级的技术人员总学时应分别达到224h、206h、237h和172h。结论:通过对比个人实际培训学时与指导量值,可进一步定制个人培训方案。文章所建立的分析模型还需带回到信息化系统中进一步验证、修正。良好的培训模式能快速提升检验检测人员技术能力水平,在信息化系统中建立培训规则逻辑,对医疗器械检验机构的能力建设有积极地促进作用。Objective:This study is about the technician on-job training.The analysis model and guidance values are established to lay the foundation of the informatization construction of testing institute.Methods:The self-develop training date management system recorded the training-hour data of 242 staffs in a middle-to-largesize testing institute from 2016 to 2021.The training-hour data was statistically analyzed according to the 5 dimension of training content,including regulations and standards,testing technology,equipment operation,laboratory management and external technical communication workshop.Results:The training-hours date of testing technicians was analyzed.The senior engineers(59.5±19.3)h/yr/person,engineers(56.1±15.1)h/yr/person,assistant engineers(64.8±22.0)h/yr/personand non-rated technicians(46.4±7.7)h/yr/person showed different characteristics of participation behavior.The training guidance values should be set in a period of 5 years.The total training guidance hours of senior engineers,engineers,assistant engineers and non-rated technicians should reach 224h,206h,237h and 172h.Conclusion:The individual training program can be further customized by comparing the actual training hours and the guidance values.The analysis model established in this paper needs to be brought back to the information system for further verification and correction.A good training mode can rapidly improve the technical ability of testing technicians,establish training rule logic in the information system,and positively promote the capacity building of medical device testing institute.
