摘  要:医用氧气是医院麻醉、重症监护、急诊等科室的常用气体,对医用氧气浓度进行准确的实时监测是保证临床用氧安全的必要手段。目前,针对不同的预期应用,常用的氧气监测方法有电化学法、顺磁法以及利用超声技术实现氧气浓度监测的方法。重点介绍上述几种方法的工作原理,并针对临床氧气监测需要进行定期校零与校准的实际情况,提出一种医用氧气浓度的校准方法,对深圳惟拓力医疗电子公司研发的顺磁氧监测模块按该方法进行测试,结果表明其具有良好的校零与校准效果。该方法学可为相关产品校准提供一定参考。Medical oxygen is a common gas used in hospital anesthesia,intensive care,emergency departments and other departments.Accurate and real-time monitoring of medical oxygen concentration is a necessary means to ensure the safety of clinical oxygen use.At present,for different expected applications,the commonly used oxygen monitoring methods include electrochemical method,paramagnetic method,and the method of using ultrasonic technology to realize oxygen concentration monitoring.This article focuses on the working principles of the above-mentioned methods,and proposes a medical oxygen concentration calibration method for the actual situation that clinical oxygen monitoring requires regular zeroing and calibration.The paramagnetic oxygen monitoring module developed by Witleaf was tested according to the method provided in this article,and the results showed that it has good zero calibration and calibration effects,and its methodology can provide a certain reference for the calibration of related products.
