摘  要:目的:旨在通过探究X射线管焦点(F)到影像板间的最佳距离,分析其于计算机X射线摄影(CR)成像效果间的关系情况。方法:根据几何原理和目前X射线管焦点的放大率,计算得出焦点到影像板间的最小距离;并根据设备参数、投照部位及被照体厚度等参数采用不同的摄影距离,分析此种方式下图像质量情况。结果:依据此方法进行投照的CR图像质量明显上升,X射线曝光量明显降低,尤其以四肢检查的曝光量降低最为显著,同时减小了X射线设备的输出功率。结论:选择合适的焦点到影像板间距离提高了图像质量,减少了患者所受辐射剂量,同时延长了设备的寿命,降低了成本。Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the optimal distance between the X-ray tube focal point(F)and the IP plate,and analyze its relationship with the computed radio-graphy(CR)imaging effect.Methods:According to the geometric principle and the current X-ray tube focal point magnification,the distance between the smallest focal point and the IP plate is calculated;And different photographing distances are used according to parameters such as equipment parameters,projected parts and object thickness,etc.Analyze the image quality in this way.Results:According to this method,the quality of the CR image projected by this method was significantly improved,and the X-ray exposure was significantly reduced,especially the exposure of the extremity examination was the most significant,and at the same time the output power of the X-ray equipment was reduced.Conclusion:Choosing an appropriate distance between the focus and the IP board improves the image quality,reduces the radiation dose received by the patient,and at the same time extends the life of the equipment and reduces the cost.
