可视喉镜在气道插管中的研究进展

摘　　要：可视喉镜是一种经视频技术观察患者声门的新型视频插管系统,属于临床气管插管不可缺少的设备,特别在困难气管插管中得到广泛应用。普通直视喉镜为气管插管传统工具之一,患者舌头、咽部解剖结构会对声门暴露形成阻碍,造成非完全暴露、暴露视野小或未暴露,造成插管困难。可视喉镜以较强机动性与可控性、操作简单、安全便捷等优势应用于重症监护室与急诊科危重症患者急救,有效了解决困难气道问题,在未来发展中,可视喉镜会以先进化插管技术取代传统喉镜,切实提升医疗水平。Visual laryngoscope is a new video intubation system for observing patients’glottis through video technology.It is an indispensable equipment for clinical tracheal intubation,and is widely used in difficult tracheal intubation.The common direct laryngoscope is one of the traditional tools for tracheal intubation.The anatomical structure of the patient’s tongue and pharynx will hinder the exposure of the glottis,resulting in incomplete exposure,small or unexposed exposure of the field of vision,and causing intubation difficulties.Visual laryngoscope is applied to emergency treatment of critical patients in ICU and emergency department with advantages of strong mobility and controllability,simple operation,safety and convenience,which effectively solves difficult airway problems.In the future development,visual laryngoscope will replace traditional laryngoscope with advanced intubation technology,and effectively improve the medical level.
