宝石能谱64排CT冠状动脉CT血管成像低剂量的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宝石能谱64排CT冠状动脉CT血管成像低剂量的临床应用分析。方法:选取2019年10月~2021年10月于本院进行冠状动脉CT血管成像的患者144例,随机分为两组。均通过宝石能谱64排CT进行检查,对照组应用常规剂量,观察组应用低剂量,对两组的参数测量值以及冠状动脉的主要分支的CT值进行观察比较。结果:观察组右冠状动脉、左冠状动脉回旋支、左冠状动脉前降支的CT值和对照组之间对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组平均碘摄入量、辐射剂量、对比噪声比均比对照组低(P<0.05),在图像噪声和图像质量评分方面两组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冠状动脉CT血管成像中应用宝石能谱64排CT低剂量的方法可以降低平均碘摄入量和辐射剂量,获得更好的对比噪声比,且不会影响图像质量,能有效满足临床中的诊断需求。Objective:To investigate the clinical application of low dose coronary angiography with gem energy spectrum 64-slice CT.Methods:144 patients who underwent coronary CT angiography in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.All of them were examined by gemstone energy spectrum 64-slice CT,the control group was treated with conventional dose,and the observation group was treated with low dose.The measured parameters of the two groups and the CT values of the major branches of the coronary artery were observed and compared.Results:CT values of right coronary artery,left circumflex coronary artery and left anterior descending coronary artery in observation group were not statistically significant compared with those in control group(P>0.05).The average iodine intake,radiation dose and contrast noise ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in image noise and image quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of gem energy spectrum 64-slice CT low dose method in coronary artery CT angiography can reduce the average iodine intake and radiation dose,obtain a better contrast to noise ratio,and does not affect the image quality,and can effectively meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.
