摘　　要：目的:比较微创经皮肾镜下超声碎石清石术与钬激光碎石术治疗巨大肾结石的安全性。方法:选取2021年9月~2023年2月于本院治疗的60例巨大肾结石患者,根据治疗方式分为两组,每组30例。其中,一组接受微创经皮肾镜下超声碎石清石术(观察组)治疗,另一组接受钬激光碎石术(对照组)治疗。比较两组碎石时间、住院时间、结石清除率、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组碎石时间、住院时间短于对照组,结石清除率显著高于对照组;观察组血尿发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:微创经皮肾镜下超声碎石清石术可以显著缩短患者的碎石时间和住院时间且具有更高的结石清除率。此外,微创经皮肾镜下超声碎石清石术治疗巨大肾结石的血尿发生率较低,可以减少术后患者的不适感和痛苦。Objective:To compare the safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopic ultrasound lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of giant renal stones.Methods:60 patients with giant renal stones who were treated in our hospital from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 30 patients in each group.One group received minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(observation group)and the other group received holmium laser lithotripsy(control group).The lithotripsy time,hospitalization time,stone removal rate,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The lithotripsy time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the stone clearance rate was significantly higher than that in control group;The incidence of hematuria in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopic ultrasound lithotripsy can significantly shorten the lithotripsy time and hospitalization time of patients,and has a higher stone removal rate.In addition,minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopic ultrasound lithotripsy for the treatment of giant renal stones has a lower incidence of hematuria,which can reduce postoperative discomfort and pain in patients.
