摘  要:目的:探究分析输液泵应用于重症监护病房中的效果及其价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2021年1月作为研究时间段,抽取期间本院重症监护病房收治的危重患者共计200例纳入研究对象。通过随机数字表法将所有的危重患者分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组利用常规输液器经外周静脉进行液体输注,观察组利用输液泵经深静脉和外周静脉控制性持续液体输注,对比两组患者血常规指标、凝血四项指标、营养指标、并发症的发生率和家属满意度。结果:观察组重症监护病房患者利用了输液泵进行治疗后,和对照组相比,血常规指标(红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞)、凝血四项指标(凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原)、营养指标(总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数)均得到了显著改善,疼痛、红肿等并发症的发生率更低,家属的满意度更高,数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症监护病房的患者利用输液泵进行持续静脉液体输注的效果突出,能够进一步提高患者的身体营养状况、改善凝血功能、提高免疫力、促进患者的恢复,还能弥补常规输液器存在的并发症风险,安全性高。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect and value of infusion pumps used in intensive care units.Methods:The period from January 2019 to January 2021 was selected as the study time period.During the extraction period,a total of 200 critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital were included in the study.All critically ill patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,each with 100 cases.The control group used a conventional infusion device for liquid infusion through a peripheral vein,and the observation group used an infusion pump to control continuous liquid infusion through a deep vein.The blood routine indexes,four blood coagulation indexes,nutritional indexes,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.And family satisfaction.Results:After patients in the observation group intensive care unit used infusion pumps for treatment,compared with the control group,blood routine indicators(RBC,Hb,WBC),coagulation four indicators(PT,APTT,TT,FIB),nutritional indicators(TP,ALB,PAB,total lymphocyte count)have all been significantly improved,the incidence of pain,redness and other complications is lower,and the satisfaction of family members is higher.Data comparison,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of infusion pumps for continuous intravenous fluid infusion for patients in intensive care unit is outstanding,which can further improve the patient’s nutritional status,improve blood coagulation function,improve immunity,and promote patient recovery.It can also make up for routine The infusion set has a high risk of complications and high safety.
