机械通气治疗危重症支气管哮喘40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究将机械通气应用在危重症支气管哮喘患者治疗中的作用。方法:在本院2020年5月~2022年10月收治的危重症支气管哮喘患者中选取35例给予常规治疗作为对照组,另抽取同期40例给予机械通气治疗作为观察组。对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果:①血气指标在治疗前两组差异并不明显(P>0.05),治疗后观察组比对照组有更大的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②肺功能在治疗前两组差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后观察组比对照组具有更大的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组的满意度明显比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将机械通气方案应用在重症支气管哮喘的治疗中有望促进患者的血气指标改善,能促使肺功能回声,使患者及家属对治疗工作更加认可和满意,值得推荐。Objective:To study the role of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of critically ill patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:From May 2020 to October 2022,35 critically ill patients with bronchial asthma were selected as the control group and 40 patients with mechanical ventilation were selected as the observation group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:①There was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the improvement effect of blood gas indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);②There was no significant difference in lung function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the lung function indexes of the observation group improved better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);③The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of patients with severe bronchial asthma can effectively improve the blood gas index and lung function index of patients,and enhance the satisfaction of patients and their families with treatment,which is worth recommending.
