摘 要:超声诊断技术在新生儿颅脑疾病中应用时间相对较早,主要用于围产期脑损伤、由中枢神经系统疾病所导致脑结构变异等各种病症临床诊断中。既往所使用超声诊断技术主要为二维超声技术,其仅能展现患儿病灶区某切面的具体平面图像,不具备直观性与立体性,医生需凭自身经验进行脑海中立体图像构建,严重影响临床诊断质量与诊断效率,进而对后续治疗也随之产生一定影响。近年来,三维超声技术发展较为迅速,其在新生儿颅内疾病诊断中具备一定质量性、价值性等。本文将以此展开研究,对三维超声检查技术在新生儿颅脑疾病中具体应用进行全面阐述,旨在促使三维超声技术的价值性与使用率不断提升。The application of ultrasonic diagnosis technology in neonatal craniocerebral diseases is relatively early.It is mainly used in the clinical diagnosis of various diseases such as perinatal brain injury and brain structural variation caused by central nervous system diseases.Always ultrasonic diagnosis technology is mainly used for two-dimensional ultrasound,it only can show the specific surface of the lesions in children with district a section image,sex does not have visual and solid,and doctors should be carried out by their own experience in mind stereo image building,seriously affect the quality of clinical diagnosis and the diagnosis efficiency,and also will have an impact on subsequent treatment.In recent years,three-dimensional ultrasound technology has developed rapidly,and it has a certain quality and value in the diagnosis of intracranial diseases in neonates.In this paper,the specific application of three-dimensional ultrasound technology in neonatal craniocerebral diseases will be comprehensively described,aiming to promote the value and utilization of three-dimensional ultrasound technology.
