鼻腔喷雾器冲洗对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后恢复的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻腔喷雾器冲洗对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后恢复的临床效果。方法:病例均于2019年1月~2020年1月入院治疗,64例慢性鼻窦炎患者均采用鼻内镜手术治疗,以前瞻性随机分组,各32例。对照组以一次性冲洗器冲洗,观察组以鼻腔喷雾器冲洗,对比两组术后恢复效果。结果:与对照组的81.3%治疗有效率对比,观察组96.9%的比例明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为9.4%,对照组为31.3%,相比对照组,观察组更低(P<0.05)。观察组CCCRC嗅觉评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组术后2dVAS评分未见明显差异(P>0.05);术后3周及术后8周,观察组更低,与对照组存在明显差异(P<0.05);嗅觉功能评分方面,观察组与对照组术前对比,差异较小(P>0.05);术后1周、术后4周、术后12周,观察组比对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:鼻腔喷雾冲洗器冲洗,可提升慢性鼻窦炎内镜手术术后恢复效果,应用价值高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nasal spray irrigation on the recovery of chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:All cases were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.64 patients with chronic sinusitis were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery and were prospectively randomized,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was rinsed with a disposable irrigator,and the observation group was rinsed with a nasal spray.The postoperative recovery effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the treatment effective rate of 81.3%in the control group,the ratio of 96.9%in the observation group was obviously higher(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 9.4%,and that of the control group was 31.3%,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The olfactory score of CCCRC was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the observation group and the control group 2 days after surgery(P>0.05);3 weeks after surgery and 8 weeks after surgery,the observation group was lower,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05);Olfactory function In terms of scoring,the observation group was compared with the control group before operation,the difference was small(P>0.05);1 week after operation,4 weeks after operation,and 12 weeks after operation,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nasal cavity spray irrigator flushing can improve the recovery effect of chronic sinusitis after endoscopic surgery,and has high application value.
