奥林巴斯OTV-S7Pro腹腔镜联合奥林巴斯CV-290十二指肠镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者治疗的过程中奥林巴斯OTV-S7Pro腹腔镜联合奥林巴斯CV-290十二指肠镜治疗所获得的临床疗效。方法:将58例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,观察组29例患者的治疗方法为奥林巴斯OTV-S7Pro腹腔镜联合奥林巴斯CV-290十二指肠镜治疗,对照组29例患者的治疗方法为传统开腹手术治疗。结果:观察组患者相关手术指标显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。而不良反应两组无明显差异,P>0.05;两组患者术前胆功能指标以及炎症因子水平与疼痛因子水平并无明显差异,P>0.05;术后观察组患者与对照组患者上述指标存在显著统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:奥林巴斯OTV-S7Pro腹腔镜联合奥林巴斯CV-290十二指肠镜治疗是胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的理想治疗方案。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the combination of Olympus OTV-S7Pro laparoscopy and Olympus CV-290 duodenum in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis.Methods:58 cases of cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the 29 patients in the observation group were treated with Olympus OTV-S7Pro laparoscope combined with Olympus CV-290 duodenum laparoscope,while the 29 patients in the control group were treated with traditional laparotomy.Results:There was significant difference in the related surgical indexes between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Olympus OTV-S7Pro laparoscopy and Olympus CV-290 duodenum is an ideal treatment for cholecystolithiasis with choledocholithiasis.
