白癜风胶囊与紫外激光照射联合用于白癜风患者治疗对ICAM-1、IL-2及α-MSH水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析白癜风治疗中采用白癜风胶囊联合紫外激光照射治疗的效果及对血清白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、细胞间黏附分子(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)、α-促黑素细胞激素(α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone,α-MSH)水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月~2021年12月某院收治的100例白癜风患者按随机数字表法分两组研究。对照组(n=50)采用常规药物治疗(他克莫司软膏^(+)白癜风胶囊),在此基础上,给予观察组(n=50)紫外激光照射治疗,比较两组血清指标、免疫指标、治疗有效率等。结果经过3个月的治疗,观察组的IL-2、ICAM-1水平低于对照组,α-MSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组免疫指标CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为94.00%,对照组为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白癜风胶囊联合紫外激光照射治疗白癜风,可有效改善患者的血清指标,提高机体免疫,相比于单一治疗,联合治疗疗效更为显著。Objective To analyze the effect of vitiligo capsule combined with ultraviolet laser irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo and its influence on the levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)andα-melanocyte-stimulating hormone(α-MSH).Methods A total of 100 vitiligo patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=50)was treated with conventional medicine(tacrolimus ointment^(+)vitiligo capsule),on the basis of which the observation group(n=50)was treated with ultraviolet laser irradiation,the serum indexes,immune indexes and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of IL-2 and ICAM-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels ofα-MSH were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,CD8^(+)was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 94.00%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group,which was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitiligo capsule combined with ultraviolet laser irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo can effectively improve the patient's serum indicators,improve the body's immunity,compared with a single treatment,the combined treatment is more significant.
