双醋瑞因胶囊联合依托考昔片治疗急性痛风性关节炎对患者UA、ESR的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察双醋瑞因胶囊联合依托考昔片治疗急性痛风性关节炎对患者血尿酸(UA)、血沉(ESR)的影响。方法将120例急性痛风患者随机分为单药组和联合用药组,每组60例。单药组给予依托考昔片治疗,联合用药组给予双醋瑞因胶囊联合依托考昔片治疗。比较两组视觉模拟(VAS)评分、UA、ESR、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白三烯B4(LTB4)水平变化,并统计两组总有效率和不良反应。结果治疗后,联合用药组和单药组的总有效率分别为95.00%(57例/60例)和93.33%(50例/60例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,联合用药组和单药组的VAS评分分别为(2.17±0.66)和(3.24±0.89)分,UA分别为(364.86±41.02)和(405.56±46.14)mmol/L,ESR分别为(15.02±3.41)和(18.82±5.45)mm/h,IL-6分别为(14.02±4.77)ng/L和(21.12±5.96)ng/L、IL-1β分别为(21.75±5.12)pg/ml和(27.56±5.98)pg/ml、LTB4分别为(24.74±8.25)ng/L和(45.56±10.42)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组和单药组不良反应发生率分别为6.67%和3.33%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双醋瑞因胶囊联合依托考昔片治疗急性痛风性关节炎可减轻疼痛,调节UA、ESR等因子的表达水平,提高疗效,且不增加不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of Double Vinegar Ruiyin Capsule combined with etocoxi tablet in patients with acute gouty arthritis on serum uric acid(UA)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR).Methods 120 patients with acute gout were randomly divided into single drug group and combined drug group,with 60 cases in each group.The single drug group was treated with etecoxi tablets,and the combined drug group was treated with Double Vinegar Ruiyin Capsule combined with etecoxi tablets.Visual simulation(VAS)score,UA,ESR,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and leukotriene B4(LTB4)levels were compared between the two groups,and the total effective rate and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined drug group and the single drug group was 95.00%(57 cases/60 cases)and 93.33%(50 cases/60 cases),respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score were(2.17±0.66)and(3.24±0.89),UA were(364.86±41.02)and(405.56±46.14)mmol/L,ESR were(15.02±3.41)and(18.82±5.45)mm/h,IL-6 were(14.02±4.77)ng/L and(21.12±5.96)ng/L,IL-1βwere(21.75±5.12)pg/ml and(27.56±5.98)pg/ml and LTB4 were(24.74±8.25)ng/L and(45.56±10.42)ng/L in combined drug group and single group,respectively,the difference,were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%and 3.33%in combined drug group and single drug group,respectively,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Double Vinegar Ruiyin Capsule combined with etocoxi tablet in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis can relieve pain,regulate the expression level of UA、ESR and other factors,improve the curative effect,and do not increase adverse reactions.
