血栓弹力图MA值联合血小板抗体在反复输血肿瘤患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板抗体联合血栓弹力图血栓最大振幅(MA)值在反复输血肿瘤患者中的应用价值,以及影响血小板输注临床疗效的因素。方法回顾性收集2021年11月~2022年12月反复输血病例,收集输注前后MA值,固相凝集法检测血小板抗体。结果输注疗效与性别、年龄、体重、身高无关。有效组输注后MA值明显高于无效组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效组输注后血小板(PLT)数量与无效组相比差异不明显,但有效组血小板输注后相比输注前明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效组血小板抗体检出率11.76%,无效组检出率84.61%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血小板抗体联合MA值对反复输血肿瘤患者的血小板输注有一定的临床指导意义。Objective To research the application value of platelet antibody combined with thrombologram(TEG)MA value in patients with tumor after repeated transfusion,which is to promote the clinical efficacy of platelet infusion.Methods Cases of repeated blood transfusions were collected retrospectively between January 2021 and January 2022.The MA values of the thrombus before and after infusion were collected.Platelet antibodies were detected by solid-phase agglutination.Results The efficacy of infusion was independent of sex,age,weight and height.MA value in the effective group was significantly higher than that in the ineffective group after infusion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of platelets in the effective group was not significantly different from that in the ineffective group,but the number of platelets in the effective group was significantly increased after infusion compared with that before infusion along with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of platelet antibody was 11.76%in the effective group and 84.61%in the ineffective group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet antibodies in combination with MA values have some clinical implications for platelet transfusion in patients with recurrent tumors.
