摘  要:轴向液动旋转冲击器作为钻井最关键的井下动力钻具,其高频冲击振动可大幅减小或消除钻头粘滑振动,提高钻速并延长钻头寿命。基于粘滑振动机理建立了振动模型,首先对其工作原理和运动特性进行了研究,并结合实际工况,建立动力学方程,再对系统和扭力冲击器动力学进行仿真分析,最后通过实验法验证扭力冲击器动态特性的合理性及理论分析的正确性。通过对影响扭力冲击器寿命的因素研究,发现了旋冲产生的不平衡力以及转子高频旋转速度引起轴承出现了混沌现象,继而对动态特性产生影响,导致扭力冲击器无法达到使用寿命。The axial hydraulic rotary impactor is the most critical downhole power drilling tool for drilling.Its high-frequency impact vibration can greatly reduce or eliminate the stick-slip vibration of the drill bit,increase the drilling speed and extend the life of the drill bit.A vibration model is established based on the stick-slip vibration mechanism.First,its working principle and kinetic characteristics are studied,combined with the actual working conditions,a dynamic equation is established,and then the system and torque impactor dynamics are simulated and analyzed.Analysis,and finally verify the rationality of the dynamic characteristics of the torsion impactor and the correctness of the theoretical analysis through the experimental method.By studying the factors that afect the life of the torsion impactor,it is found that the unbalanced force generated by the spinning and the high-frequency rotation speed of the rotor cause chaos in the bearing,which in turn affects the dynamic characteristics,causing the torsion impactor to fail to reach the service life.
