摘  要:为了应对越来越高的对安静环境的需求,改善居民的生活质量,有必要对建筑设备系统进行稳步升级并使其更加智能化,以创造更卫生、更宜人的居住环境。随着居民生活方式的多样化,卫生间的给排水噪声会不规则地发生,给排水噪声非常容易传播,从而导致严重的噪音问题。但是,对于给排水噪声,尚未建立被大众所接受的噪声分类标准,因此有必要在与实际现场情况更接近的环境中进行更准确、更定量化的研究。这里采用VR技术对公寓楼住宅的给排水噪音进行了主观评价,并对评价结果的影响因素进行了较为系统的定量化研究。本研究中,建立了四种类型的噪声评估场景,并通过更改声压级和使用/不使用头戴式设备(HMD)来评估允许的忍耐极限和烦扰度。此外,通过语言表达评估和语义差异测试的敏感性调查,研究了语义差异因素对主观评估的影响。In order to cope with the increasing demand for quiet environment and improve the living quality of residents,it is necessary to steadily upgrade the building equipment system and make it more intelligent,so as to create a more sanitary and pleasant living environment.With the diversification of residents'lifestyles,the noise of water supply and drainage in toilets will occur irregularly,and the noise of water supply and drainage is very easy to spread,resulting in serious noise problems.However,for the noise of water supply and drainage,the noise classification standard accepted by the public has not been established,so it is necessary to conduct more accurate and more quantitative research in an environment that is closer to the actual field situation.In this paper,VR technology is used to evaluate the water supply and drainage noise of apartment buildings,and the influencing factors of the evaluation result are studied systematically and quantitatively.In this study,four types of noise assessment scenarios were established,and permissible endurance limits and annoyance were assessed by changing sound pressure levels and using/not using a head-mounted device(HMD).In addition,through the sensitivity survey of language expression assessment and semantic difference test,the influence of semantic difference factors on subjective evaluation was studied.
