摘 要:液压馈能减振器可以有效降低换向和启停次数,为油液输送管道提供良好的运行工况环境,显著提升整流能力,并实现对悬架机械能量的高效回收。选择半桥式液压馈能减振器为研究对象,为各个液压元件和电路元件构建了动力学模型并开展了仿真分析。研究结果表明:增大激励频率与降低外接电阻后,馈能功率显著提高。在外负载为10Ω以及激励频率为0.6Hz的条件下,达到了256.2W的峰值回收功率。改变激励频率后,复原行程馈能效率保持基本恒定,馈能效率发生波动,波动幅度接近3%。外负载从10Ω变为100Ω后,馈能效率从40%减小为8%,并且当电阻率增大后,形成了更平缓的下降趋势。在外负载为50Ω的条件下,获得了-6972N复原阻尼力与-2768N压缩阻尼力,两者都达到最大值,已经满足目标阻尼的要求。The hydraulic energy regenerative shock absorber does not need frequent reversing and start-stop operation,and the hydraulic oil circuit has a good rectifying performance,and the hydraulic components can be used to drive the generator to complete one-way rotation,which makes it widely used in the field of suspension energy recovery.The half bridge type hydraulic shock absorber is chosen as the research object,and the dynamics model of each hydraulic element and circuit element is built and the simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the energy regenerative power increases significantly with the increasing of excitation frequency and the decreasing of external resistance.Under the condition that external load is 102 and the excitation frequency is 0.6Hz,the peak recovery power of 256.2W is achieved.After changing the excitation frequency,the energy regenerative efficiency of the recovery stroke remains basically constant,and the energy regenerative eficiency fluctuates with a range of nearly 3%.When the external load changes from 10Ω to 100Ω,the energy regenerative efficiency decreases from 40%to 8%,and with the increasing of resistivity,the energy regenerative efficiency decreases more gently.Under the condition that the external load is 502,the recovery damping force of-6972N and the compression damping force of-2768N are obtained,both of which reach the maximum value and meet the requirements of the target damping.
