摘 要:三维振动辅助铣削是一种新型获得复杂表面结构形貌的特殊加工方式,三个方向振幅对能够反映表面加工质量的工艺参数—铣削力有着重要影响。文章旨在探究振动幅值对铣削力的影响规律,首先根据振动辅助加工原理,建立了球头铣刀三维振动轨迹模型;其次,通过ABAQUS软件,基于铝合金7050-T6的J-C本构模型,建立了球头铣刀三维振动辅助铣削过程三维有限元模型;最后,检测了施加三维振动辅助后,仿真过程中球头铣刀的空间位移瞬态响应,对不同振动幅值下各个方向的输出铣削力进行分析。结果表明,三维振动辅助能够在一定程度上减小铣削力;增大振幅,使三个方向的最大铣削力增大,但纵向进给方向和横向进给方向的平均铣削力呈下降趋势,而垂直进给方向的平均铣削力增加到最大值后,振幅的增加对其平均铣削力影响变小。3D vibration-assisted milling is a special processing method to obtain complex surface structures,and the amplitude in three directions has an important influence on the milling force,which reflects the surface machining quality.It aims to explore the influence of vibration amplitude on milling force.Firstly,the 3D vibration trajectory model of the ball end mill is established according to the principle of vibration-assisted processing.Secondly,a 3D finite element model of the ball-end milling cutter 3D vibration-assisted milling process is established by using ABAQUS,which is based on the J-C constitutive model of aluminum alloy 7050-T6.Finally,the transient response to the spatial displacement of ball-end milling cutter during the simulation process after the application of 3D vibration assistance is detected,and the output milling force in various directions under different vibration amplitudes is analyzed.The results show that the 3D vibration assistance can reduce the milling force to a certain extent.When the amplitude is increased,the maximum milling force in the three directions will increase,but the average milling force in the longitudinal and transverse feed directions will decrease.However,once the average milling force in the vertical feed direction increasing to the maximum value,the increase in the amplitude will have less effect on the average milling force.
