摘  要:为了实现混凝土布料机臂架结构的合理分布,以布料机臂架水平工况为研究对象,建立臂架结构三维模型,导入HyperMesh中进行模型前处理,运行OptiStruct求解器对前处理的臂架模型进行结构优化。基于优化结果和设计要求调整臂架结构,对改进后的臂架进行模型重建。用有限元法对优化的臂架进行静态强度和刚度校核,并对优化后的臂架进行试验验证。比较优化前后的臂架数据,结果表明优化后的臂架强度、刚度均满足工况需求,同时臂架主体结构重量减少了18.01kg,降低了臂架在工作过程中的负载,使布料机臂架的制造更加经济。To achieve a reasonable distribution of the concrete placing boom of structure.Taking the horizontal condition of the placing boom as the research object,establish a three-dimensional model of the boom structure,import it into HyperMesh for model pre-processing,and run the OptiStruct solver to optimize the boom structural of pre-process model.Adjust the boom structure based on the optimization results and design requirements,and the improved boom was reconstructed.The finite element method was used to check the static strength and stiffness of the optimized boom,and the optimized boom was tested and verified.Comparing the data of the boom before and after optimization,the results show that the strength and stiffness of the optimized boom meet the requirements of working conditions.At the same time,the weight of the main structure of the boom is reduced by 18.01kg,which reduce the workload of the boom and makes the manufacturing of the placing boom more economical.
