摘 要:为了降低混匀仪ThermoMixer C振动系统中轴承和球铰所受的接触力,利用CREO三维建模软件对其振动系统进行建模,然后将含间隙接触的模型导入ADAMS虚拟样机中,分析不同球铰间隙和摩擦因数下轴承和球铰的接触力情况,并运用正交试验方法设计25组仿真试验。结果表明球铰间隙在大于0.05mm时与接触力成正相关,间隙的增大会降低系统运行的稳定性,摩擦因数与接触力在一定范围内成负相关,并且摩擦因数对结果的影响弱于球铰间隙。发现0.05mm的球铰间隙和0.1的摩擦因数为最优参数组合,其接触力及峰值波动情况均小于原本结构,达到了优化的目的。In order to reduce the contact force of bearing and spherical joint in the vibration system of ThermoMixer C,CREO 3D modeling sofiware was used to model its vibration system,and then the model with clearance contact was imported into ADAMS virtual prototype to analyze the contact force of bearing and spherical joint under different clearance and friction factor of spherical joint,and 25 sets of simulation tests were designed by orthogonal test method.The results showed that the clearance of spherical joint was positively correlated with contact force.The increase of clearance will reduce the stability of the system,and the friction factor is negatively correlated with the contact force in a certain range,and the influence of friction factor on the results is weaker than that of spherical joint clearance.It is found that the spherical joint clearance of 0.05mm and friction coefficient of 0.1 are the optimal parameter combination,and the contact force and peak fluctuation are smaller than the original structure,thus achieving the optimization purpose.
