摘　　要：为解决剪刀式高压隔离开关模型传动系统参数不易修改的问题,论文围绕参数化问题展开。首先利用解析法建立剪刀式高压隔离开关传动系统的二维数学模型,获得从动构件与主动构件之间位移、速度、加速度的关系表达式。然后利用MATLAB软件数值解析高压隔离开关传动系统的数学模型,并进行求解,获得不同杆件及其相互间角度的变化规律,并设计GUI图形用户界面进行显示。最后将剪刀式高压隔离开关三维模型导入软件ADAMS中进行运动学仿真分析,比较仿真分析与数值解析结果,验证数值解析结果的合理性,对比结果显示:基于MATLAB的数值分析结果和ADAMS的运动学仿真结果趋势一致,且可以清晰地反应剪刀式高压隔离开关的运动状态,修改方便快捷,适合剪刀式高压隔离开关的初期设计和优化。In order to solve the problem that the parameters of the scissor-type high voltage isolating switch model transmission system are not easy to modify,the paper focuses on the problem of parameterization.First,use the analytical method to establish a two-dimensional mathematical model of the scissor-type high-voltage isolating switch transmission system,and obtain the relational expressions of displacement,velocity and acceleration between the driven component and the active component.Then use MATLAB software to numerically analyze the mathematical model of the high-voltage isolating switch transmission system,and solve it,obtain the change law of different rods and their mutual angles,and design a GUI graphical user interface for display.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the scissors-type high-voltage isolating switch was imported into the software ADAMS for kinematics simulation analysis,and the simulation analysis and numerical analysis results were compared to verify the rationality of the numerical analysis results.The comparison results showed:The numerical analysis results based on MATLAB are consistent with the kinematic simulation results of ADAMS,and can clearly reflect the motion state of the scissors-type high-voltage isolating switch,and the modification is convenient and quick,which is suitable for the initial design and optimization of the scissors-type high-voltage isolating switch.
