妇产科粪肠球菌感染治疗二例

摘　　要：本研究中2例女性患者均在侵入性操作之后出现粪肠球菌感染。临床药师根据参考书及指南,结合患者具体病情,其中1例建议将注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠联合吗林硝唑氯化钠注射液更换为注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,1例建议经验性升级为注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,之后联合硫酸庆大霉素注射液治疗。调整抗感染治疗方案及药学监护后,2例患者均治愈。临床药师协助医师为患者制订安全、有效的抗感染治疗方案,有助于优化临床治疗效果。In this study,two female patients developed enterococcus faecalis infection after invasive procedures.According to reference books and guidelines,clinical pharmacists suggested that the combination of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium and morinidazole sodium chloride injection be replaced by piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in one case.In the other case,empirical therapy was upgraded to piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection,and later combined with gentamicin sulfate injection.After adjustment of anti-infection treatment regimen and pharmaceutical care,both patients were cured.The assistance of clinical pharmacists in developing safe and effective anti-infective treatment plans for patients can help optimize clinical treatment effect.
