摘 要:目的 分析改进型集菌检测装置在室内细菌采集及快速检测中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年2—8月南昌市新建区疾病预防控制中心的20名操作人员,分别使用常规集菌装置和改进型集菌检测装置进行集菌和检测。比较两种检测装置的使用效果(操作人员完成5个样品集菌和检测总时长及1 h内检测培养皿最大数量)及使用满意度(运行稳定性、操作便捷性、转移方便性及推广适用性)。结果 操作人员采用改进型集菌检测装置完成5个样品的集菌和检测总时长短于常规集菌装置,1 h内检测培养皿最大数量多于常规集菌装置,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。操作人员对改进型集菌检测装置运行稳定性、操作便捷性、推广适用性的满意度均高于常规集菌装置,对转移方便性的满意度低于常规集菌装置,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 改进型集菌检测装置在室内细菌采集及快速检测中具有良好的应用效果,不仅能连贯进行集菌和检测过程,还能实现多个培养皿的同时集菌操作,且运行稳定、操作便捷、便于推广,操作人员使用满意度较高。Objective The application effect of improved bacteria collection detection device in indoor bacteria collection and rapid detection was analyzed.Methods From February to August 2022,20 operators from the Xinjian District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Nanchang city,used conventional bacteria collection devices and improved bacteria collection detection devices to conduct bacteria collection and detection.The use effects of the two detection devices were compared(the total time for the operator to collect bacteria from 5 samples and the maximum number of petri dishes detected within 1 h)and the use satisfaction(operation stability,operation convenience,transfer convenience and popularization applicability).Results The time for operators to complete the collection and detection of 5 samples and by the improved bacterial collection device was shorter than that of the conventional bacterial collection device,and the maximum number of petri dishes detected within 1 h was higher than that of the conventional bacterial collection device,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The operators'satisfaction on the operation stability,operation convenience and popularization applicability of the improved bacteria collection device were higher than those of the conventional bacteria collection device,and their satisfaction on the transfer convenience was lower than that of the conventional bacteria collection device,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved bacteria collection detection device has a good application effect in indoor bacteria collection and rapid detection.It can not only carry out the bacteria collection and detection process coherently,but also realize the bacteria collection operation of multiple petri dishes at the same time,and the operation is stable,convenient and easy to promote,and the operators'satisfaction is high.
