危机意识无隙种植管理法在ICU器械性压力性损伤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨危机意识无隙种植管理法在ICU器械性压力性损伤患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年1月医院ICU收住的60例危重症患者作为对照组,选取2021年2月至2022年2月医院ICU收住的60例危重症患者作为观察组。对照组按器械性压力性损伤预防护理常规模式施护,观察组接受危机意识无隙种植管理法干预。比较两组干预后对护理人员器械性压力性损伤护理技能的评分、器械性压力性损伤发生率及愈合时间。结果 观察组干预后对护理人员器械性压力性损伤护理技能(相关知识、器械操作、防控宣教及皮肤微环境管理)的各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后器械性压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,损伤愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 采用危机意识无隙种植管理法开展ICU器械性压力性损伤预防护理干预,可显著提升ICU护理人员器械性压力性损伤预防护理技能,降低损伤发生率,加快损伤愈合。Objective The application effects of crisis-awareness no-gap implant management in patients with instrumental stress injury in ICU were explored.Methods 60 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU of the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the control group,and 60 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU of the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given nursing care according to the conventional preventive nursing mode of instrumental stress injury.The observation group received the crisis awareness no-gap implant management intervention.The instrumental stress injury nursing skills scores of nursers,the incidence of instrumental stress injury and healing time were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the nursing skill(related knowledge,medical device operation,prevention and control education and management of skin microenvironment)scores of all aspects of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the instrumental pressure injury incidence and healing time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The crisis-awareness no-gap implant management nursing intervention for the prevention and control of instrumental stress injury in ICU can significantly improve the nursing skills of ICU nursers in the prevention and control of instrumental stress injury,reduce the incidence of injury,and promote the healing process of existing injury.
