摘  要:目的 探究生物反馈电刺激联合护理干预对女性压力性尿失禁的临床干预效果。方法 选择2021年6月至2022年3月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的50例压力性尿失禁女性患者作为研究对象,将患者信息根据就诊时间依次输入计算机随机生成序号,奇数纳入观察组,偶数纳入对照组,每组25例。两组均接受常规护理干预,在此基础上,对照组给予盆底低频电刺激,观察组加用生物反馈电刺激,两组均干预3个月,分别于干预前后对两组盆底肌功能进行评估,使用尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)对患者的生命质量进行评价。结果 干预前,两组盆底肌电位值、I-QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组盆底肌电位值、I-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 生物反馈电刺激可以有效提升女性压力性尿失禁患者的盆底肌功能,改善生命质量。Objective The clinical intervention effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with nursing intervention on female stress urinary incontinence were explored.Methods 50 female patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.Patients'information was input into the computer to randomly produce serial numbers according to the time of visit.The patients of odd number were included in the observation group,and the patients of even number were included in the control group,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups received routine nursing intervention,on this basis,the control group was given pelvic floor low-frequency electrical stimulation,the observation group was added with biofeedback electrical stimulation,both groups were intervened for 3 months.Before and after the intervention,the pelvic floor muscle function of the two groups were evaluated,and urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the potential value of pelvic floor muscle and I-QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the pelvic floor muscle potential value and I-QOL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle function and the quality of life in female patients with stress urinary incontinence.
