慢性肾衰竭患者疲倦程度现状及其相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探析慢性肾衰竭患者疲倦程度现状,并分析相关影响因素。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,纳入南昌大学第二附属医院2021年10月-2022年10月收治的慢性肾衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,采用疲劳量表(PFS)进行疲倦程度评价,详细统计所有患者的临床资料,调查并对比患者一般人口学资料差异,并采用多元线性回归分析慢性肾衰竭患者疲倦程度的影响因素。结果经评估,80例慢性肾衰竭患者疲倦程度水平评分范围2-8分,平均得分(4.50±1.20)分。不同透析龄、社会支持、家庭月收入以及知觉压力的慢性肾衰竭患者PFS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步经多元线性回归分析结果显示,透析龄、社会支持、家庭月收入以及知觉压力是慢性肾衰竭患者疲倦程度的相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾衰竭患者疲倦程度总体处于中等水平,透析龄、社会支持、家庭月收入以及知觉压力是其重要的影响因素。Objective To explore the status quo of fatigue in patients with chronic renal failure and analyze the relevant influencing factors.Methods A prospective study was used to evaluate the fatigue degree of 80 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2022.The fatigue severity scale(PFS)was used to evaluate the fatigue degree,and the clinical data of all patients were analyzed in detail.The differences in general demographic data of patients were investigated and compared,and the factors affecting the fatigue degree of patients with chronic renal failure were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results After evaluation,the fatigue level of 80 patients with chronic renal failure ranged from 2-8 points,with an average score of(4.50±1.20)points.PFS scores of patients with chronic renal failure with different dialysis age,social support,family monthly income and perceived pressure were significantly different(P<0.05);the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that dialysis age,social support,monthly family income and perceived pressure were the related factors of fatigue in patients with chronic renal failure(P<0.05).Conclusion The fatigue degree of patients with chronic renal failure is generally at a moderate level,and dialysis age,social support,family monthly income and perceived pressure are important influencing factors.
