显微镜下精索静脉高位结扎术后精液质量改善分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精索静脉曲张(VC)患者采用显微镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗取得的效果。方法以2020年1月-2022年6月就诊于建湖县人民医院的118例VC患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法实施分组,甲组人数:59例,乙组人数:59例。甲组手术方式:传统精索静脉高位结扎术,乙组手术方式:显微镜下精索静脉高位结扎术。观察两组患者雄性激素、精液质量、并发症发生情况及复发情况。结果两组随访3个月时的血清促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平,精子总数,精子浓度以及精子存活率均较本组术前高,且乙组较甲组高,差异显著(P<0.05);与甲组相比,乙组术后并发症发生率及复发率明显更低,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论VC患者应用显微镜下精索静脉高位结扎术,可促进其雄性激素及精液质量改善,降低患者术后并发症发生率,减少病情复发。Objective To investigate the effect of high ligation of spermatic vein under microscope on semen quality of patients with varicocele(VC).Methods 118 patients with VC admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were divided into group A and group B according to the method of random number table,with 59 patients in each group.Group A was treated with traditional high ligation of spermatic vein,while group B was treated with high ligation of spermatic vein under microscope.The androgen,semen quality,complications and recurrence of the two groups were observed.Results The levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),total sperm count,sperm concentration and sperm survival rate of the two groups were higher than those of the group before operation,and the difference between group B and group A was significant(P<0.05);compared with group A,the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in group B were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion High ligation of spermatic vein under microscope in VC patients can promote the improvement of androgen and semen quality,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and reduce the recurrence of disease.
