一起急性砷化物中毒事件的调查报告

摘　　要：目的对2020年1月发生的一起急性砷化物中毒事件进行调查分析,为此类中毒事件的防控提供参考建议。方法通过流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查、实验室检验,结合临床诊断,确定食物中毒原因,明确可疑食品及污染来源。结果该户4人全部发病,以急性胃肠炎表现为首发症状,1人死亡,2人重症。罹患率100.00%,病死率25.00%。可疑食品为家庭自制包子,污染来源为被吞食了亚砷酸灭鼠药老鼠污染的水。结论明确是一起急性砷化物中毒事件。剧毒品滥用、饮用水储存与使用方式不当是此次急性砷化物中毒事件的主要原因,建议相关部门加强对剧毒品的监管,做好相应特效解毒剂的储备工作,提高居民安全用水的意识,以防此类中毒事件再次发生。Objective To investigate and analyze an acute arsenic poisoning incident that occurred in January 2020,and provide reference suggestions for the prevention and control of such poisoning incidents.Methods Through epidemiological investigation,onsite hygienic investigation,laboratory test,combined with clinical diagnosis,the cause of food poisoning was determined,and the source of suspicious food and contamination was identified.Results All 4 people in this household became ill.Acute gastroenteritis was the first symptom.1 person died and 2 people were severely ill.The attack rate was 100.00%,and the case fatality rate was 25.00%.The suspicious food was homemade buns,and the source of contamination was water contaminated by rat swallowed with arsenous acid rodenticide.Conclusion It is clearly an acute arsenic poisoning incident.Abuse of virulent drugs and improper methods of storage and use of drinking water are the main causes of this acute arsenic poisoning.It is recommended that relevant departments ought to strengthen the supervision of toxic drugs,do a good job in the storage of corresponding special antidotes,and raise residents'awareness of safe water use to prevent such poisoning incidents from happening again.
