脑室-腹腔分流并伽玛刀治疗幕下脑肿瘤的护理

摘　　要：目的研究幕下脑肿瘤患者行脑室-腹腔分流并伽玛刀治疗时配合优质护理的效果。方法数据取自天津市环湖医院2020年1月-2023年1月收治的40例幕下肿瘤患者,均行脑室-腹腔分流并伽玛刀治疗,采用“双盲法”分为参照组(传统护理,n=20)、优质组(优质护理,n=20),比较两组疗效。结果护理前比较两组日常生活功能、睡眠质量、临床指标及心理情绪无差异,P>0.05;护理后较参照组,优质组PSQI评分更低;EORTCQLQ-C30评分更高;MoCA、FMA值更高,NIHSS评分更低;HAMA、HAMD值更低;优质组总依从率(95.00%)高于参照组(70.00%),χ^(2)=4.329;P=0.037,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论脑室-腹腔分流并伽玛刀治疗幕下脑肿瘤患者配合优质护理可改善生活功能、睡眠质量及心理情绪,提高认知程度、肢体功能,减轻神经功能缺损、提高治疗依从性,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing care in patients with infratentorial brain tumor undergoing ventriculoperitoneal shunt and gamma knife treatment.Methods Data were collected from 40 patients with infratentorial tumors admitted to our hospital between January 2020 and January 2023.All patients were treated with ventriculoperitoneal shunt and Gamma Knife the double-blind method was divided into two groups:the control group(traditional nursing,n=20)and the high-quality group(high-quality nursing,n=20).Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in daily life function,sleep quality,clinical indexes and psychological emotion,P>0.05.After nursing,the PSQI score was lower,EORTC QLQ-C30 score was higher the MoCA and the FMA values were higher,the NIHSS score was lower,the HAMA and the HAMD were lower.The total compliance rate(95.00%)in the highquality group was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),χ^(2)=4.329;P=0.037,P<0.05(with statistical difference).Conclusion Ventriculoperitoneal shunt combined with gamma knife treatment for patients with infratentorial brain tumor combined with high-quality nursing can improve life function,sleep quality,psychological emotion,cognitive level and limb function,it is worthy of praise to reduce the defect of nerve function and improve the compliance of treatment.
