摘　　要：近年来,随着社会的进一步发展,公安机关调解工作涉及的范围越来越广,面对多样化的纠纷以及群众各种不满的情绪,调解工作难度进一步加大。基于此,阐述了公安机关在民事纠纷调解中的职能,分析了当前民事调解中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,仅供参考。In recent years,with the further development of society,the mediation work of the public security organs covers an increasingly wide range,in the face of diversified disputes and various discontent of the masses,the difficulty of mediation has been further increased.Based on this,the article expounds the functions of public security organs in civil dispute mediation,having analyzed the problems existing in the current civil mediation,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,for reference only.
