摘 要:为了降低硫酸盐侵蚀对混凝土耐久性和使用年限的影响,优化了硅灰混凝土配合比,通过试验对比分析了普通混凝土与硅灰混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能和能量演化规律,并基于Weibull统计损伤力学理论建立了损伤本构模型。研究结果表明:硅灰掺量为水泥质量的40%时,混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度分别增加了18.97%、18.45%、14.85%;在硫酸盐侵蚀环境中,随着侵蚀龄期的增加,混凝土损伤量越来越大,单轴压缩强度呈现先增加后减小的规律;硅灰能有效增强混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能、弹性应变效应、韧性和延性;损伤本构模型能够较好地反映硫酸盐侵蚀环境中不同侵蚀龄期下2种混凝土本构行为和损伤程度。In order to reduce the impact of sulfate erosion on the durability and service life of concrete,the optimum mix ratio of silica fume concrete is optimized,the sulfate resistance and energy evolution law of it is compared with ordinary concrete in this paper.The damage constitutive model is established by Weibull statistical damage mechanics.The results show that the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength increase by 18.97%,18.45%and 14.85%respectively when the content of silica fume accounts for 40%of the cement content;Under the erosion,the damage volume of concrete increases significantly with the erosion age increase.The uniaxial compressive strength shows strengthening firstly and then weakening;Silica fume can effectively enhance the corrosion resistance,elastic strain effect,the toughness and ductility of concrete;The damage constitutive model can better reflect the constitutive behavior and damage degree of two kinds of concrete at different erosion ages under sulfate erosion environment.
