摘　　要：为研究埋地管道柔性接口的摩擦特性,对我国市政供水系统常用的DN150和DN300等2种管径承插式胶圈柔性接口管道进行了接口安装试验。考虑了干性和水性2类润滑剂的作用,研究了不同类别润滑剂对管道接口安装推力和摩擦特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:干性润滑剂状态下,管道插口与胶圈之间形成润滑膜层,接口的摩擦力和安装推力较小,可有效减小装配过程对胶圈造成的损伤。该研究成果可为柔性接口管道的安装提供参考和借鉴。In order to study the friction characteristic of rubber gasket flexible joints of buried pipelines,this paper conducts the installation test of two flexible interface pipelines of DN150 and DN300 pipe joints commonly in municipal water supply system.The effect of various lubrication on the assemble thrust and friction characteristics of pipe joints were studied.The research show that the lubricating film layer is formed between the pipe socket and the rubber gasket because of dry lubricant.The assemble thrust and friction characteristics of pipe joints are smaller,which can effectively reduce the damage to the rubber gasket by the assembly process.The research results can provide reference for the installation process of ductile iron pipe with flexible joints.
