摘 要:为了在装配式建筑预制构件生产基地选址中减少运输过程中的碳排放量、降低预制构件配送的总成本,从5个维度识别出影响选址的因素,利用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)筛选出关键影响因素,再根据关键因素碳排放量和总成本构建0-1整数规划的多目标选址模型,并采用基于改进的优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)将多目标转化为单目标求解选址模型。以长沙市进行实例验证,更加接近理想解的选址地为岳麓区,基于此,可以进行特定范围内多个厂址的评估和决策。研究表明:DEMATEL筛选出的关键影响因素适用于多目标的装配式建筑预制构件生产基地选址,基于改进的TOPSIS方法能精确达到符合经济和环境最优的研究目的,且具有良好的适用性。In order to reduce carbon emissions during transportation and the total cost of prefabricated components distribution in the site selection of prefabricated components production base for assembled buildings.The factors affecting the site selection are identified,the key influencing factors are screened out using decision laboratory analysis(DEMATEL).Then,a multi-objective site selection model with 0-1 integer programming is constructed.Finally,the site selection model is solved using the improved distance between superior and inferior solutions(TOPSIS)based method.The key influencing factors are carbon emission and total cost,and the site selection location closer to the ideal solution is Yuelu District by using Changsha City for example verification.The study shows that the key influencing factors screened by DEMATEL are applicable to the multi-objective site selection of prefabricated building components production base,and the improved TOPSIS-based method can precisely achieve the research purpose of meeting the economic and environmental optimum and has good applicability.
