摘 要:为了促进EPC项目实施过程中设计施工深度协同,实现工程项目建设增值,基于文献分析提取了18个制约EPC联合体项目设计施工协同的影响因素,通过构建DEMATEL-ISM组合模型,得出各影响因素的重要程度、因果关系及因素间的层次结构。研究结果表明:权责利分配合理性是最核心的影响因素;18个因素中包含了10个原因因素和8个结果因素;目标制定合理性、项目规模和权责利分配合理性是影响设计施工协同的根源因素。In order to promote the deep collaboration of design and construction in EPC projects and realize the value-added of project construction,18 influencing factors restricting the design and construction coordination of EPC consortium project are extracted based on literature analysis.By constructing DEMATEL-ISM combination model,the importance,causality and hierarchical structure of each influencing factor are obtained.The results show that the rationality of the distribution of rights,responsibilities and interests is the core factor;The 18 factors include 10 cause factors and 8 result factors;Rationality of goal setting,project scale and allocation ofrights,responsibilities and interests are the root factors affecting the design and construction coordination.
