摘　　要：目的探讨过渡期清单式护理在心脏手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月于南昌大学第一附属医院行心脏外科手术治疗的92例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用常规心脏外科术后护理,观察组采取过渡期清单式护理,比较两组早期下床活动时间、住院时间、衰弱评分、运动耐力、心脏康复锻炼依从性和护理水平。结果观察组早期下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的衰弱表型量表评分低于对照组,6min步行距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心脏康复锻炼依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理水平中临床护理能力、沟通协调能力、护患合作能力、工作自信能力满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过渡期清单式护理可促进心脏手术患者术后康复,能够提高患者运动耐力和心脏康复锻炼依从性,改善患者衰弱状态,护理水平更高。Objective To explore the application effect of transitional checklist-based nursing in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine post-cardiac surgery nursing,while the observation group was treated with transitional checklist-based nursing.The time to get out of bed,hospital stay,weakness score,exercise endurance,cardiac rehabilitation exercise compliance and nursing level were compared between the two groups.Results The time to get out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of fissile phenotype scale in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the 6-min walking distance was longer than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of clinical nursing ability,communication and coordination ability,nurse-patient cooperation ability and work confidence ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The transitional check-list-based nursing can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing cardiac surgery,improve their exercise endurance and compliance with cardiac rehabilitation exercise,improve their weak state,and improve their nursing level.
