布里斯托慢性阻塞性肺疾病认知问卷的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的对布里斯托慢性阻塞性肺疾病认知问卷(BCKQ)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法对BCKQ进行翻译和跨文化调试,形成中文版BCKQ。选取2021年5月至8月就诊于广东省中医院呼吸危重症医学科及慢性病管理中心的328例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者进行调查,评价中文版BCKQ的信效度。结果中文版BCKQ各条目得分与问卷总分的相关系数为0.132~0.511,Cronbach'sα系数为0.920,折半信度为0.808,重测信度为0.924。经过12名专家评估,中文版BCKQ的总内容效度指数为0.833,各条目的内容效度指数为0.833~1.000。结论中文版BCKQ具有较好的信度和效度,可用于评价COPD患者的认知情况。Objective To translate Bristol chronic obstructive pulmonary disease knowledge questionnaire(BCKQ)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods The Chinese version of BCKQ was formed after translation and cross-cultural debugging.A total of 328 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were admitted to the Department of Respiratory Critical Care Medicine and the Chronic Disease Management Center of Guangdong Tradition-al Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to August 2021 were selected for survey to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version BCKQ.Results The correlation coefficient between the score of each item of the Chinese version BCKQ and the total score of the questionnaire were 0.132-0.511,Cronbach'sαwas 0.920,the half-reliability was 0.808,and the retest reliability was 0.924.After evaluation by 12 experts,the total content validity index of the Chinese version BCKQ was 0.833,and the content validity index of each item were 0.833-1.000.Conclusion The Chinese version of BCKQ has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the cognitive status of patients with COPD.
