跳出历史周期率“两个答案”的深刻蕴涵与内在逻辑

摘　　要：如何始终保持党同人民群众的血肉联系、如何始终及时发现和解决自身存在的问题,是我们党跳出历史周期率“两个答案”所要回答的两大难题。历经百年探索,我们党创造性地开辟了发展人民民主、接受人民监督的“民主新路”和全面从严治党、推进自我革命的“革命新路”,构建起一套行之有效的接受人民监督、推进自我革命的制度体系。作为一个相互贯通、相互补充、相互促进的内在统一的整体,“两个答案”是我们党把握历史规律、掌握历史主动的必然结果,是党和人民密不可分血肉联系的必然反映,把对“建设什么样长期执政的马克思主义政党、怎样建设长期执政的马克思主义政党”这个重大时代课题的认识和实践推进到新的高度。How to maintain the flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people and how to identify and solve the problems of the Party itself in a timely manner are the two major problems that our Party has to answer in order to break out of the historical cycle.After a century of exploration,our Party has creatively opened up a"new road of democracy"to develop people's democracy and accept people's supervision,and a"new road of revolution"to exercise full and rigrous Party self-governance and promote self-revolution,and has built up a set of effective institutional system to accept people's supervision and promote self-revolution.As a coherent,complementary,mutually reinforcing and intrinsically unified whole,the"two answers"is the necessary result of our Party grasping the laws of history and mastering the initiative of history,is a necessary reflection of the inseparable flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people,which has advanced the understanding and practice of the major times issue of what kind of long-term ruling Marxist party to construct and how to build it to a new height.
