八月瓜若干果实品质性状的遗传规律研究

摘　　要：为探明八月瓜果实性状遗传规律,对以八月瓜‘娜美’品种为母本,‘芬达’品种为父本,获得的284株F1杂种单株及其亲本果实进行营养成分和品质性状分析.结果表明,八月瓜果皮颜色受2对等位基因控制且呈现显性上位性;八月瓜果皮光滑度、开裂程度和果肉面脆程度则受主基因、微效多基因和环境共同影响;此外,果肉种子数、果皮厚度、单果质量、果形指数、可溶性固形物、还原糖、总酸、维生素C和蛋白质含量等性状均表现为多基因控制.In order to explore the genetic law of Holboellia latifolia fruit quality characters,284 F1 hybrid plants and their parents of‘Namei’בFenda’were used as experimental materials to determine the nutritional components of each plant and analyze the genetic characteristics of fruit quality traits.The results showed that the inheritance character of pericarp color of Holboellia latifolia was controlled by two alleles;the genetic laws of smooth skin,cracking degree and crisp surface brittleness of Holboellia latifolia were controlled by the main gene micro effect polygenes and environmental factors.The number of seeds per 100 g pulp,pericarp thickness,single fruit weight,fruit shape index,and the content of soluble solid,reducing sugar,total acid,vitamin C and protein were quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes.
