云南香格里拉草莓产业的SWOT战略分析

摘　　要：为了促进云南省香格里拉地区草莓产业发展,运用文献研究、问卷和实地调研3种形式收集该地区草莓产业发展的相关信息,利用SWOT分析方法对该地区草莓产业发展现状进行解析.结果表明,该地区产业发展存在机遇+挑战,优势+劣势2种关系,且面临机遇胜过挑战,优势胜过劣势.该地区草莓产业若要进一步发展应及时调整战略,充分发挥各种优势,积极应对市场竞争及各种劣势,强化产业竞争力,从而促进该地区草莓产业健康发展.In order to promote the development of strawberry industry in Shangri⁃La area,the related information of strawberry industry development in this area was collected by literature research,questionnaire and field investigation,and the present situation of strawberry industry development in this area was analyzed by SWOT analysis method.The results show that two relationships can be found for the industrial development in this area i.e.:opportunities+challenges and advantages+disadvantages,and the opportunities are better than challenges,and the advantages are better than disadvantages.To further develop strawberry industry in this area,mensures should be taken such as adjusting the strategies in time,giving full play to various advantages,actively dealing with market competition and various disadvantages,and strengthening the industrial competitiveness,so as to promote the healthy development of strawberry industry in this area.
