摘　　要：目的总结婴幼儿头颈部血管瘤术后护理的最佳证据。方法通过计算机检索国内外指南网、相关学会网站及数据库中有关婴幼儿头颈部血管瘤术后护理方面的系统综述、指南、专家共识等文献,检索时限均为建库至2021年12月31日。对文献进行质量评价、证据级别评定,总结婴幼儿头颈部血管瘤术后护理的最佳证据。结果最终纳入5篇文献,包括2篇系统综述、2篇指南、1篇专家共识,形成最佳证据17条。结论本研究基于现有文献总结的婴幼儿头颈部血管瘤术后护理的最佳证据较为科学、全面,建议医护人员结合临床实际情况制订本土化实践方案进行证据应用。Objective To summarize the best evidence for postoperative nursing of infants with head and neck hemangiomas.MethodsThis study retrieved systematic reviews,guidelines,expert consensus and other literatures related to postoperative nursing for infants with head and neck hemangiomas from domestic and foreign guide websites,relevant society websites,and databases through computer search.The search period was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021.Article quality evaluation and evidence level assessment were conducted to summarize the best evidence for postoperative nursing of infants with head and neck hemangiomas.ResultsA total of 5 articles were included,including 2 systematic reviews,2 guidelines,1 expert consensus,and 17 pieces of best evidence were formed.ConclusionsBased on the existing literature,the best evidence for postoperative nursing of infants with head and neck hemangiomas is scientific and comprehensive,and it is recommended that medical staff formulate localized practice plans based on the actual clinical situation for evidence application.
