摘　　要：脑卒中患者的希望水平影响其功能恢复和生活质量。本文对希望的概念、希望水平的测量工具、脑卒中患者希望水平的影响因素、希望对脑卒中患者的影响以及希望水平的干预措施5个方面进行综述,以提高脑卒中患者希望水平为导向,为患者制订个性化的心理干预提供参考。The hope level of stroke patients affects their functional recovery and quality of life.This paper reviews the concept of hope,the measurement tools of hope level,the influencing factors of stroke patients'hope level,the impact of hope on stroke patients,and the intervention measures of hope level,aiming at improving the hope level of stroke patients and providing reference for formulating personalized psychological intervention for patients.
