摘　　要：当前,心血管疾病已成为威胁我国居民健康的主要问题,防控工作刻不容缓。自我决定理论是一个被广泛应用的行为转变理论,在患者康复领域应用广泛。本文通过对自我决定理论的内容、相关理论模型、测量工具、在心血管疾病患者康复领域的应用现状和影响因素进行综述,以期为促进心血管疾病患者向健康生活方式转变并持续维持健康行为提供依据。Currently,cardiovascular disease has become a major threat to the health of Chinese residents,and prevention and control work is urgent.Self-determination theory is a widely applied theory of behavioral change,extensively used in the field of patient'rehabilitation.This article reviews the content,relevant theoretical models,motivation measurement methods,application status and influencing factors of self-determination theory in the rehabilitation of cardiovascular disease patients,so as to provide a basis for promoting the transition of cardiovascular disease patients to healthy lifestyles and maintaining healthy behavior.
