摘　　要：目的探讨植入新型生物可降解涂层药物洗脱支架联合替格瑞洛治疗冠心病合并分叉病变的效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年8月收治的100例冠心病合并分叉病变患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予替格瑞洛片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上植入新型生物可降解涂层药物洗脱支架治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血小板表面α-颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62p)、溶酶体膜糖蛋白(CD63)、血小板最大聚集率(MPAR)、可溶性P-选择素(sP-selectin)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论植入新型生物可降解涂层药物洗脱支架联合替格瑞洛治疗冠心病合并分叉病变的效果显著,可调节血小板活化指标、sP-selectin、MPO水平,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of implantation of new type biodegradable polymer drug eluting stents combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with bifurcation lesion.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with bifurcation lesion admitted from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ticagrelor tablets,and the observation group was treated with implantation of new type biodegradable polymer drug eluting stents on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the alpha-granular membrane protein(CD62p),lysosome intact membrane protein(CD63),maximum platelet aggregation rate(MPAR),soluble P-selectin(sP-selectin)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implantation of new type biodegradable polymer drug eluting stents combined with ticagrelor has a significant effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with bifurcation lesion,it can regulate the platelet activation indexes,sP-selectin and MPO levels,which is worthy of promotion.
