复方甘草酸苷注射液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗对过敏性紫癜患儿免疫球蛋白、miRNA-21及NF-κB水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗对过敏性紫癜患儿免疫球蛋白、微小核糖核酸-21(miRNA-21)及核因子-κB(NF-κB)水平的影响。方法以随机数字表法将2019年4月至2021年3月我院收治的100例过敏性紫癜患儿分为对照组(50例,甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗)和观察组(50例,复方甘草酸苷注射液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的miRNA-21水平高于对照组,NF-κB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、S-100蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗有助于提高过敏性紫癜患儿的免疫功能,调节miRNA-21、NF-κB水平。Objective To investigate the effects of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with methy-lprednisolone sodium succinate pulse therapy on immunoglobulin,micro-ribonucleic acid-21(miRNA-21)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)levels in children with allergic purpura.Methods A total of 100 children with allergic purpura admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were divided into control group(50 cases,methylprednisolone sodium succinate pulse therapy)and observation group(50 cases,compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate pulse therapy)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of miRNA-21 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of NF-κB was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-33(IL-33)and S-100 protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate pulse therapy is helpful to improve the immune function of children with allergic purpura and regulate the levels of miRNA-21 and NF-κB.
