麦芪益肺合剂治疗儿童慢性咳嗽36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察麦芪益肺合剂治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的72例慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。两组病例均采用西医常规药物治疗,观察组加用中药麦芪益肺合剂,疗程4周。比较两组的临床疗效,观察两组咳嗽症状缓解时间、咳嗽症状消失时间,血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)等指标值的变化情况。结果:①治疗后,两组患儿的中医主症积分均降低(P<0.05)。②治疗后,观察组咳嗽症状缓解时间、咳嗽症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗后,观察组血清总IgE、EOS改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用麦芪益肺合剂治疗儿童慢性咳嗽,能有效改善咳嗽症状和提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Maiqi Yifei Mixture on chronic cough in children.Methods:Seventy-two children with chronic cough were randomly divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with tradtional Chinese medicine Maiqi Yifei Mixture.Treatment in the two groups lasted for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared through the time of relief of cough symptoms,the time of disappearance of cough symptoms,and the changes of serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE),eosinophil(EOS)and other indexes in the two groups.Results:①After treatment,the scores of TCM main symptoms in both groups were decreased(P<0.05).②After treatment,the time of relief of cough symptoms and the time of disappearance of cough symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).③After treatment,the improvement of serum total IgE and eosinophil(EOS)in the observation was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treating chronic cough in children,Maiqi Yifei Mixture can effectively improve the cough symptoms and the clinical efficacy.
